What's the Craziest Sport You've Ever Tried?

My sporting pursuits have been much of the standard fare: Soccer, basketball, football, etc. I'd love to hear about some of your more extreme sports experiences. The crazier the better.

Four Easy Steps To Improve Your 10-yard and 40-yard dash

Author:
Roger White

When I played college football, it amazed me at how many of my teammates had no clue how to optimize their sprint times. Their technique is poor, their starts are awful, and they think they are ok!

And their high school coaches are "know-it-alls"! While I was a player, several teammates approached me to help them improve their 40-yard dash (one was a legitimate draft pick). The situation was a quick fix for speed.

I had no time for a training program so I had to look at their technique. I have found with most football players untrained in sprint technique, they make four common mistakes.

The only product that allows walkers and runners to hydrate themselves without impeding their stride

PROBLEM: There are significant disadvantages to carrying a single water bottle while walking and running. Clutching a single bottle impedes the rhythm of your workout by creating imbalance, forcing your body to compensate. Plus, most of the single water bottles you carry are disposable and clog up your landfills.

Catch air, turn 540s, and land spins

Not knowing how to improve your snowboarding sucks big time.

You are only on the slopes for a limited amount of time each day, it is very expensive, and you don't want to spend all your time guessing how to improve.

Hiring instructors is nice, but they can be very expensive (just to be part of a group lesson with 8 or more people can easily set you back over $100)...

And if you want a PRIVATE lesson you are going to have to spend AT LEAST $300 in most resorts.
