PROBLEM: There are significant disadvantages to carrying a single water bottle while walking and running. Clutching a single bottle impedes the rhythm of your workout by creating imbalance, forcing your body to compensate. Plus, most of the single water bottles you carry are disposable and clog up your landfills.

Back-packing
Submitted by Redskinfan on Mon, 10/29/2007 - 11:38am.If you asked your friends co-workers about backpacking or hiking, they would probably tell you that there are too many bugs, too much risk and too little enjoyment!
They would be WRONG!
Have you ever noticed, those who participate in the sport of backpacking are healthier and have a better outlook on life? They handle stress well, and seem to exude a healthy glow and an attitude of enjoyment.
You can become like this, and have some of the best experiences of your life.

It's All In The Club
Submitted by Redskinfan on Fri, 10/19/2007 - 10:41am.We all know that golfers spent millions of dollars on golf clubs each year. Why? Most of the time it is because we want to improve our games and we believe these shiny new clubs will help us do that.
Do they? Is there really a difference in golf clubs? Do they really affect the way we play golf? Did the last new set of golf clubs you bought actually help you improve your game or are you playing about the same as you did before you bought them?

Better Bass Fishing
Submitted by Redskinfan on Fri, 10/19/2007 - 10:20am.There are some things in this world that will never change. Every fisherman has caught the biggest fish, every year you will make some resolutions only to break them later and every golfer wants to get better.
With the golfing and resolution part, I’m just as clueless as anybody. With the fishing though, I can help. My name is Fraser Wheaton and I began bass fishing in the spring of 1995.
