Want the Ups to Dunk, Whenever and Wherever?

Imagine this...

Your teammate pulls down a rebound and spots you sprinting from the top of the key towards half court. He throws you a perfect pass right about at mid-court and you and you catch the ball right in stride. Now there is nothing between you and the goal. The time has come! What do you got?!

Now let's give you 2 options:

#1 - You race towards the goal. You jump up as high as you can and lay the ball off the glass. You might even slap the glass... and your team might be happy that they got a break-away score. And you know what, that's a sweet and pretty little picture... and oh, by the way, the WNBA is having tryouts next week. But let's check out the second option.

#2 - You gather up the pass, knowing in full confidence that you are about to break one off. You jet towards the goal and all eyes are on you. Everyone in the gym, everyone that's sitting out, everyone waiting on next game... what are you about to do?? You rise up and take flight! You throw it down and tear the roof off!!! And the whole gym roars "OOOOOOOOOO!!" Your boys are psyched up and your adrenaline is at an all time high!

You must be crazy if you don't pick #2!
